role in developing, managing, and scaling Udemy's Global Partner Programs.This individual will be responsible for delivering a best-in-class partner experience while driving measurable outcomes at scale.You'll work at the intersection of business strategy, program management, and strategic alliances to design scalable frameworks that enable partners to succeed and drive mutual business growth.This role is highly cross-functional, requiring strong collaboration across Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Legal.It is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Manager, Partner Experience & Programs.What You'll Be DoingDesign and Execute Partner Program Strategy: Lead the development and implementation of Udemy's Product and Technology Partner Programs, including defining partner requirements, differentiated benefits, and success metrics.Build Scalable Enablement and Communication Plans: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Partner Marketing to create tailored enablement resources and communications that meet the needs of diverse partner audiences.Drive Stakeholder Alignment: Serve as the voice of the partner internally, gathering feedback, identifying blockers, and influencing prioritization across Partner Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.Optimize Program Performance: Establish KPIs, monitor program performance, and leverage data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for continuous improvement.Operationalize Programs: Implement processes to support ongoing partner operations, including partner health scoring, status tracking, and reporting.We're Excited About You Because You Have:6+ years of experience in partner programs, program management, or alliance/channel roles within the SaaS industryExperience designing and scaling structured partner programs with differentiated value propositionsStrong background working with partner portals, developer communities, and/or marketplace programsProven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across functions and levelsAnalytical mindset with experience using data and metrics to measure success and guide program improvementsExcellent project and time management skills with strong attention to detailFamiliarity with Salesforce and related partner management toolsA collaborative, problem-solving mindset and passion for improving both partner and internal team experiencesFamiliarity with SaaS, edtech, or digital platform business models preferred, with
