As Commercial Lead you will be responsible for leading and developing the commercial team as well as building and maintaining relationships, analysing and reporting on extensive data whilst ensuring efficient and effective project delivery.Requirements :Leading the commercial team to ensure delivery of key responsibilities and develop their knowledge through training, development, and support.Manage and support the commercial team - Liaise with RCDDeveloping commercial awareness of the site team and overseeing Client and Team interfaceProvide Strategic Advise if challenges ariseProvide Strategic Advise if challenges ariseMonitor and Manage the commercial health of the projects.
