Experience
Early career experience completing work as directed, collaborating with teammates, and developing knowledge of relevant concepts and processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, account management, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role.
Fluent in English and Dutch to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Google Ads and online advertising, with Google Digital Workshop certification or equivalent experience.
Experience managing a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context, with a track record of exceeding quotas.
Strong storytelling skills for client engagement.
Ability to influence stakeholders internally and externally.
Excellent multi-tasking and project management skills with attention to detail.
Fluent in French to support client relationships in this region.

Responsibilities
Meet quarterly business and product growth goals.
Establish client relationships via calls and email, providing consultations and sales pitches to maximize Google Ads ROI.
Manage a portfolio of small businesses, understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities, managing risks, and planning quarterly achievements.
Drive customer growth through excellent sales experience and achievement of business objectives.
