Sales Teams Lead, at one of Europe's leading online retail groups (ft, 40.5 hours/week)
Are you a Sales Team leader with 2-3 years of relevant outbound sales or call centre experience?
Do you have a track record of exceeding sales targets and leading high-performing teams?

You're right for the Sales Team Lead at 123ink.ie because:
You have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a sales team leader, preferably in an outbound sales or call centre environment with experience of coaching.
You have strong knowledge of the sales process, best practices, and experience in driving a sales team to meet and exceed quotas.
You possess outstanding decision-making skills and a keen eye for detail, enabling you to guide your team effectively.
You are familiar with role-playing activities, and sales performance analysis tools.
You provide timely feedback to senior management regarding team performance and market insights.
You adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
As part of your job you'll:
Lead by Example:
Actively carry a sales quota, demonstrating best practices and consistently achieving or exceeding targets.
Monitor and Improve Performance:
Oversee the performance of all sales agents, identify areas of improvement, and implement strategies to boost productivity and sales results.
Onboard and Train New Hires:
Oversee the onboarding process for new sales agents, ensuring they are fully trained and prepared to contribute to the team's success.
Set Goals and Objectives:
Establish clear learning and sales objectives for the team, aligning with company goals and market demands.
Design and Deliver Training:
Create and conduct training courses, coaching sessions, and role-playing activities to enhance the team's selling skills and product knowledge.
Analyse and Adapt:
Regularly assess training needs by observing sales calls, reviewing performance reports, and gathering feedback from the team.
Other Duties:
Perform any additional role-specific duties as assigned by the Commercial Manager.
Skills and Qualifications You'll Bring:
Excellent spoken and written English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A willingness to work hard and quickly learn our business model, products, and sales strategies.
Proven ability to drive sales activity, exceed revenue targets, and lead a team by example.
Strong knowledge of MS Office and an aptitude for learning new CRM and ERP packages.
