Team Lead, Payroll & Workforce Operations

We are looking for a Team Leader to join our Centre of Excellence Team.
The team leader would be responsible for leading the CoE administration functions supporting multiple TEG MSP clients, focusing on business process excellence and creating positive experiences for our contingent workforce and clients.

Responsibilities of the Role
Manage the bespoke on boarding process across multiple TEG clients.
Manage the centralised helpdesk for all MSP TEG clients and workers.
Point of Contact for payroll, invoicing and POs
To motivate, coach, encourage the team by creating an environment that promotes positive communication, encourages bonding of team members with the ability to build and lead teams in a fast-paced environment, drive business-making, effectively manage multiple projects
Project Management
Identity improvement opportunities within workflows
Requirements for the Role
2/3 years of team lead / people management experience
Minimum of 1 years payroll experience
Experience managing a helpdesk
Well organised, energetic, result orientated, self-driven with a strong managerial style, a collaborative mentality, and the ability to conduct strategic and analytical thinking
Clear communication and accountability
Strong numerical and reporting of data
Experience working with customers and proactively aware and responsive to internal and external customer needs
Work independently and as part of a wider team
Proven track record of meeting delivery SLA's & KPI's
Demonstrates the flexibility and adaptability to be successful in a changing environment
Excellent communication skills and an ability to engage and connect with people.
Flexible to travel to internal and client sites when and if required
