The Opportunity:
Join Ireland\'s top property consultancy in Dublin as a Chartered Valuation Surveyor with our Professional Services and Advisory team.
We are seeking a professional with a minimum of 2 years post-APC qualification
Roles and Responsibilities:
Conduct Red Book-compliant and portfolio valuations for secured lending and financial reporting purposes.
Prepare or contribute to valuations in accordance with internal procedures and relevant professional standards, under appropriate supervision.
Deliver high-quality valuation reports covering a broad geographic area.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Collect, analyse, and interpret market data, transactions, statistics, and supporting evidence in line with established best practices.
Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory standards while contributing to team performance targets.
Assist in the preparation of tenders, reports, and responses to correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
Carry out countrywide inspections as required.
Perform additional duties as required, in line with the evolving needs of the role.

We're looking for someone who brings the following strengths to the role:
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Chartered Surveyor (SCSI and/or RICS) in a professional services or valuation environment.
Proven ability to deliver high-quality valuation outputs in line with relevant legislation, case law, and professional standards.
Strong understanding of valuation principles, including the application of precedents and practice notes.
The candidate should have working knowledge and experience of Argus Enterprise and Developer
Skilled in report writing, data analysis, and managing multiple assignments to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Effective team player with experience working within structured project environments.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop client relationships and contribute to business growth.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proactive and self-motivated.
Holder of a PSRA licence (or eligible to obtain one).
Full clean driving licence with access to a vehicle
