Winthrop Technologies is a dedicated data centre delivery partner providing turnkey solutions to our clients, headquartered in Dublin and delivering throughout Europe.Winthrop specialises in providing turnkey data centre solutions, offering services from design through to construction across the full range of civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical services, as well as commissioning.Winthrop has grown to become one of the leading and most trusted companies in our sector.We are currently constructing multiple turnkey data centre projects in7 different European countries, equating to over430MW of IT load in flight.Winthrop Graduate ProgrammeBuilding on the success of our comprehensive Graduate Programme introduced in ****, we offer an opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects across Ireland and Europe.This enables graduates to gain valuable technical experience during a crucial stage in their careers.Our programme is uniquely designed to develop skilled professionals with a deep understanding of all phases of large-scale construction projects, providing graduates with exposure to the complete construction process.Graduate positions are available in the following areas:BIM EngineersCivils, Structural and Architectural EngineeringElectrical EngineeringMechanical EngineeringHealth and SafetyQuantity SurveyorsConstruction ManagementFinanceStart date: 09 June **** or 08 September ****.Your learning journey will span the entire lifecycle of a data centre project, from initial design and building shell construction through to internal fit-out, commissioning, and final handover.You will gain hands-on experience in both Construction and Project Management activities, covering the Civil, Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical aspects of the build.Additionally, you will learn about the key roles played by teams across Commercial, Construction Management, Engineering, BIM, Quality, and Health & Safety disciplines.Minimum RequirementsMinimum Level 8 degree in a relevant discipline is requiredGood communication skillsStrong interpersonal and organisational skillsWork effectively cross-functionally with different teamsAbility to work collaboratively to bring together ideas, information, use cases, and industry analyses to understand and enhance best practicesA hands-on approach to ownership and successful delivery of any tasks undertakenWinthrop Technologies is an equal opportunities employer#J-*****-Ljbffr
