Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager and the Operations Manager, the Food and Beverage Assistant will provide friendly and efficient service to hotel guests.

Your Job:
Greet and know regular guests by name.
Have a good working knowledge of food and wine; be able to make recommendations.
Be friendly, courteous, and professional at all times.
Upsell and maximize sales revenue whenever possible.
Maintain cleanliness of the bar and restaurant.
Serve food and beverages to guests.
What You'll Need:
Previous experience is essential.
Flexibility in working hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Experience in a high-volume or fast-paced environment.
Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
Micros experience is preferable.
Experience in a hotel is preferable.
