The Role: As Events Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in delivering memorable experiences for our members and guests. From golf tournaments and member socials to private functions and corporate events, youll manage every detail with precision and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Plan, co-ordinate, and execute a diverse range of events, including golf tournaments, member socials, and private functions. Work closely with members to deliver bespoke events that exceed expectations. Liaise with members, clients, and suppliers to ensure seamless event delivery. Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics. Collaborate with the wider operational team to promote events effectively. Drive member engagement through effective communication and marketing. Maintain high standards of service and attention to detail, in line with the Milltown Golf Club experience. Provide on-site support during events, ensuring they run smoothly. Personable: You excel at building relationships with members, clients, and colleagues. Detail-Oriented: You ensure every event reflects the clubs premium standards. Experience & Skills: Proven experience in event co-ordination, hospitality, or a related field. Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
