My client is seeking an Environmental Engineer to join their team, dedicated to addressing environmental challenges and implementing sustainable solutions.
You will be involved in a multitude of different tasks such as conducting site assessments, technical audits, and evaluations of environmental impact.
You will make recommendations for clean-up, waste management, and compliance with regulations.
Additionally, you will design and implement solutions to reduce negative environmental impacts, interpret data, stay updated on legislative changes, identify contaminant sources, and manage permits and procedures.
Our client specialises in planning, designing, and managing major infrastructure projects across Ireland and the UK.

Responsibilities
Conduct site assessments, technical audits, and evaluations of environmental impact.
Make recommendations for clean-up, waste management, and regulatory compliance.
Design and implement solutions to reduce negative environmental impacts.
Interpret data and stay updated on legislative changes.
Identify contaminant sources and manage permits and procedures.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering, civil engineering, or related field.
5-10 years of experience in an engineering consultancy.
Proficiency in engineering software, environmental science, and regulations.
Ability to identify and address environmental challenges.
Effective communication with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
