(NASDAQ: ADI ) is a global semiconductor leader that bridges the physical and digital worlds to enable breakthroughs at the Intelligent Edge.ADI combines analog, digital, and software technologies into solutions that help drive advancements in digitized factories, mobility, and digital healthcare, combat climate change, and reliably connect humans and the world.With revenue of more than $9 billion in FY24 and approximately 24,000 people globally, ADI ensures today's innovators stay Ahead of What's Possible.Learn more at and on LinkedIn and Twitter (X).Responsibilities include but not limited to:Promoting a high standard of Safety and Housekeeping to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.Ensuring adherence to quality and control standards within the Manufacturing areas e.g. Data entry, Checks, OCAP's, Gear protocols, etc.Provide front line supervision for Team Members to ensure production targets are met.Develop and deliver effective training plans in line with the business objectives.Motivate and develop Team members to create a positive production environment and maximize production capability and flexibility to changing needs.Provide effective communications to Team, Equipment technicians and Process engineering groups to deliver to the manufacturing plan.Maintain work flow by setting and revising priorities and targets for the team.Monitoring metrics (Area, Tool, Stage), taking action to optimize performance.Communicate performance expectations and formally assess employee performance via timely periodic performance reviews.Ensure effective Shift handovers by communicating Manufacturing priorities with performance data.Interface with Human Resources on hiring, employee relations issues, etc.Optimize the allocation of resources by working closely with other members of the production leadership team.Engage in continuous improvement projects in support of business objectives.Required Skills and Competencies:Knowledge of the manufacturing goals and objectives.Strong Team Lead or People Mgt skills within a cGMP Manufacturing environment.Demonstrates a high level of motivation and energy to achieve resultsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated problem identification and problems solving skills.Good decision-making skills and judgment within defined boundariesDemonstration of team leading and leadership skillsEvening Shift 4pm-12am Monday to FridayFor positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.As such, applicants for this position – except US Citizens, US Permanent Residents, and protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) – may have to go through an export licensing review process.Analog Devices is an equal opportunity employer.We foster a culture where everyone has an opportunity to succeed regardless of their race, color, religion, age, ancestry, national origin, social or ethnic origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, pregnancy, parental status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, military or veteran status, union membership, and political affiliation, or any other legally protected group.Job Req Type: ExperiencedRequired Travel: NoShift Type: Variable#J-18808-Ljbffr
