
Smb Sales Leader

Responsibilities
Drive SMB integrated business plans across all solution plays & relevant sales engines, define plan priorities and KPIs, and guide SMB stakeholders on plan details.
Guide the extended sales team to develop execution plans for solution plays, hold them accountable for meeting KPIs, growth targets, optimizing ROI, and aligning priorities with stakeholders.
Develop strategies to secure customers through activation of the cloud solution provider (CSP) channel within the local SMB market.
Contribute insights to rhythm of business (ROB) and establish a governance model for evaluating plan execution, identifying gaps, and taking corrective actions.
Facilitate collaboration across the business to identify needs for additional capacity or capabilities, coordinate efforts, and identify potential partners to achieve revenue, customer acquisition, and consumption targets.
Support the realization of complex deals that represent significant market share or penetrate competitors' markets by working directly with key stakeholders (e.g., Channel Sales, Swarm).
Share SMB customer insights and recommendations to shape programs that drive customer acquisition, participate in SMB customer events, and deliver customer webinars.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or related field, and extensive relevant Sales or Marketing experience with IT products/services, or equivalent experience.
Preferred qualifications include extensive sales experience with IT products/services, experience managing teams, and certifications on Microsoft Azure and related solutions.
Willing to attain certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), Biz Apps Fundamentals, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900), Microsoft 365 Security Administration (MS-500), or Managing Microsoft Teams (MS-700) within 6 months.
