**Summary:**Exciting opportunity to work in cutting edge conversational AI, will join a team that is the heartbeat of language understanding in our chat bot and agent copilot products.
In a micro services architecture, we leverage the latest technologies both traditional ML/NLU/NP methodologies and more modern generative AI to power these products for Genesys.
As a member of the team, you will be adding new features to these micro services allowing Genesys to be leader in self-service automation and agentic AI.
**Key Responsibilities:*** Building and testing features using python, utilising Flask and Fast API.
* Working closely with senior engineers to deliver features.
* Independently working on features with an eye to detail and focus on quality.
**Minimum Requirements:*** 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
* Some experience working with python* Unit/Integration testing* Desirable Skills:* REST API development with frameworks like Flask/Fast AP or equivalent.
* AWS Cloud services such as DynamoDB, Lambda, EC2.* Exposure to Agile software development and ceremonies.
