Join the team and create the future of customer experience together.**Summary:**Exciting opportunity to work in cutting edge conversational AI, will join a team that is the heartbeat of language understanding in our chat bot and agent copilot products. In a micro services architecture, we leverage the latest technologies both traditional ML/NLU/NP methodologies and more modern generative AI to power these products for Genesys.
