Position Summary
The successful candidate will will support strategic and operational decision-making by providing insightful financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
This role partners closely with business unit leaders to evaluate performance, identify trends, and drive profitability and efficiency improvements.
The role requires the incumbent to be able to identify, investigate, understand and articulate trends.
The successful candidate will need to be able to illustrate a proven ability to present data in a form that can quickly and efficiently aide analysis and decision making.
In doing so, the ideal candidate will need to work using own initiative to enhance existing and develop new reporting.

Core Financial Analysis
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with variance analysis and commentary.
Provide clear, accurate and in-depth analysis of the financial performance of the business unit, including revenue, costs, margins, and profitability.
Co-ordination of the forecasting and budgeting process for the business unit.
Partner with BU cross-functional teams to understand business drivers to support and inform decision making on an ongoing basis.
Identify risks and opportunities and recommend actions to improve financial outcomes.
Support pricing, cost analysis, and investment appraisals for new initiatives or projects.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards and corporate policies.
Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards to aid business planning and decision-making.
Acquisition Integration
Collaborate in cross functional teams on the development of integration plans, focusing on financial systems, reporting and performance tracking.
Lead alignment with corporate financial policies, procedures and reporting standards.
Build and maintain reporting to provide accurate analysis of performance vs. acquisition model including revenue, costs, margins and profitability.
Provide support to all affected stakeholders.
Assist in the development and maintenance of KPIs of the acquisition and business unit.
Education / Experience Requirements
3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a business unit or commercial environment
Relevant Third Level Degree & Qualified CIMA, ACCA, CPA, Chartered Accountant
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is advantageous.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English is required

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
