Client Services Manager | Life Science & Engineering @ Ascend PM Ascend PM is hiring a Technical Lead to join our client's team, a multinational biopharmaceutical company based in Dublin.
This is a great contract opportunity to join a growing team.

Overview: The Technical Lead will support the design and implementation of new Syringe Inspection Lines.
The successful candidate may also support Filling, Warehouse / Cold-Storage, and Parts Prep areas as needed.

This role is part of the Engineering Technical Authority (ETA) organization, which includes Process Systems, Facilities and Utilities, Site Project Engineering, and other engineering functions.
The Technical Lead reports to the Process Technical Lead for the project, who is also part of ETA.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Automatic Inspection Equipment, Syringe Filling, Material Logistics, and Drug Product Storage Area design, development, and implementation.

The candidate must be willing to relocate to the project site for the duration of the project and be able to travel internationally as required, including overnight stays.

Experience & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and over ten (10) years of experience in Engineering or a related technical discipline, with proven leadership of teams, projects, and programs.
Extensive experience with Automatic Syringe Inspection Equipment design and delivery.
Experience delivering capital projects as part of the design or process team.
Proven ability to oversee equipment vendors to ensure project delivery.
Experience providing technical support to manufacturing facilities.
Track record of compliance in highly regulated environments.
Ability to lead and collaborate effectively in complex, matrixed organizations.
Experience in selecting and implementing sustainable design elements.
Extensive experience in system Design, Installation, Turnover, and CQV.
Experience generating and reviewing Design Qualification documentation and related CQV documentation.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams to meet project requirements.
Strong analytical skills to identify improvement opportunities.
Knowledge of industry trends, including regulatory compliance, technology, sustainability, and asset management.
Understanding of applicable regulations (e.g., cGMP, building codes, fire codes, OSHA, LEED, Energy codes, Mechanical codes, Pressure Vessel codes).
Ability to develop tools to improve efficiency and evaluate performance metrics.
