Electro Automation Ltd is Ireland's leading automation company with a strong presence in Dublin, Lisburn, Surrey, Birmingham and Germany.Headquartered in Dublin we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Consultant to join our Sales team.As part of our vibrant company, you will play a pivotal role in implementing sales strategies, achieving targets and contributing to the launch of new products in line with market demands.Location:DublinResponsibilities:Achieve or exceed weekly, monthly and annual sales targets.Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and database.Negotiate pricing with customers and suppliers.Conduct sales forecasts and analysis for senior managementUpdate CRM program in a timely manner, recording all sales activities.Identify new business opportunities, markets, trends and customers.Generate leads through proactive outreach, including cold calling.Understand customer needs and respond effectively.Think strategically and set aims and objectives for business growth.Develop and improve business processes.Demonstrate excellent technical understanding of our products and services.Create promotional strategies and activities in collaboration with the team.Stay informed about market trends.RequirementsEducation:Sales, Business or related field qualification preferred; equivalent experience considered.Qualifications or Diplomas by DMI or similar bodies advantageousExperience: Minimum 5 years in a sales position with a proven track record in meeting targets.Technical/Engineering sales background is an advantage.Interpersonal Skills: Strong organisational ability, multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment.MS Office: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Teams, CRM and PowerPointAdditional QualificationsAmbitious and self starting with excellent time management skills.Familiarity with automation of doors, gates, barriers, CCTV, security and Access Controls, car parking equipment and security solutions is an advantage.Well connected with an established network of high level industry contactsIT Literate and technology aware, Knowledge of construction sector practices and procurement proceduresFull clean driving licence.How to applyLet this summer be your new challenge.Join the Electro Automation Group acknowledged as Ireland's leading automation and integrated solutions company.Send your c.v and cover letter outlining your relevant experience and salary expectations to ****** .Join us at Electro Automation and be part of a dynamic team leading the way in automation innovation.Salary is €45,000, generous commission package, car, fuel card, toll tag, phone, laptop, EAP, enhanced sick pay and more.If interested, please send in your CV to ****** or call us on ***********E.A.
