We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Senior Sales and Operations Executive – French Market to join our team in Copenhagen.In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day operational tasks providing essential support for sales activities.This role entails managing operational functions and supporting sales efforts.The responsibilities involve handling client interactions, following up on leads, making quotations and occasionally participating in client visits or events.You will work as part of a collaborative, international team, creating memories that last a lifetime for our clients and their customers.Tour Partner Group is a leading DMC for the UK, Ireland, the Nordics and Baltics.We bring together more than 300 destination specialists, designing B2B travel for Groups and FIT.Along with our MICE division, HORIZONS by Tour Partner Group, we are the experts in creating authentic experiences and memories that last a lifetime.We have offices in London, Edinburgh, Dublin, Copenhagen, and Phoenix.Our mission is to deliver personally tailored, authentic tours.Perfectly.Your responsibilitiesWhat will I be doing?Following up on leads and be in direct contact with clients conducting negotiations/amendmentsMaking quotations and secure a high materialization rateCoordinating logistics and booking accommodations, transport, and activitiesTo be in contact with the Tour Leader during the tour on a regular basis to make further adjustments in the program if needed and solve all problemsOwnership of tours and accountability for its quality and financial resultsMaking sure that the conditions of payment are respectedNegotiation with suppliers are important aspects of the job to be able to offer the customer the best product at the best possible priceProvide support and/or cover for other departments when neededEmergency phoneYour profileWhat skills do I need?Fluency in English & French, both written and spokenGood knowledge of the Scandinavian market with relevant experience from a Scandinavian incoming agency or similarExperience in sales, showcasing a track record of successful sales initiatives and client purchaseFamiliarity with sales support activities, client engagement, and lead follow-upsEffective communication and collaboration abilities for cross-functional coordinationStrong organizational skills and attention to detailYou have a strong financial understanding and are driven by success criteria such as growth and guest satisfactionStructured, good at planning and meeting deadlinesGood computer skills and fluency with Microsoft office packagePlease, fill in the contact form.Don't forget to attach your CV.NameEmailPhone NumberDrag and drop files hereorbrowse(Supported file formats: pdf,doc,docs,txt,rtf,epub.
