Job Title: Sales ExecutiveLocation: Dublin (covering Leinster region)Company: PMACAbout PMACPMAC is Ireland's leading specialist in façade cleaning, commercial flooring solutions, heritage restoration, graffiti removal, and public works contracting.With over 25 years of experience, we are trusted by developers, property managers, councils, building contractors, and homeowners for delivering the highest standards of workmanship and customer service.Role OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team and drive business growth across Leinster, with a strong focus on Dublin.The successful candidate will manage their own portfolio of clients and opportunities, identifying and developing new business across a wide range of services – from façade cleaning and maintenance through to commercial flooring, heritage contracting, graffiti removal, and public works.This is a client-facing role where building long-lasting relationships with tier-one clients is essential.You will work closely with our team of industry experts to tailor solutions for developers, property managers, councils, contractors, and residential customers.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across PMAC's range of services.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with tier-one clients and key decision-makers.Manage your own sales pipeline and client portfolio to achieve agreed targets.Collaborate with PMAC's expert operations team to deliver tailored solutions for clients.Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events to build networks and enhance brand visibility.Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations.Contribute to the overall growth strategy of PMAC by identifying trends and opportunities in the marketplace.Key RequirementsProven sales experience, preferably within the construction or property services industry.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to connect and build trust.Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to manage your own portfolio with autonomy.Energetic, personable, and passionate about customer engagement.Ability to develop solutions and present them confidently to clients.Full driver's licence and willingness to travel across Leinster as required.What We OfferCompetitive salary and commission structure.The opportunity to manage your own client section and play a key role in PMAC's continued growth.Support from a highly skilled team of industry experts.A dynamic and supportive work environment.Opportunities for professional development and career progression.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:Company eventsEmployee assistance programOn-site parkingEducation:Bachelor's (preferred)Work authorisation:Ireland (required)Work Location: In person
