Logistics Supervisor (Construction) – Dublin 15 – Contract role (2 years) – Salary up to €65,000Building Staff Solutions (BSS) are seeking applications for the position of Logistics Supervisor in Dublin 15.Our client is a Construction Main Contractor specialising in the delivery of data centres, with a long history of completing projects on time, within budget and to the highest standards.This is a construction site-based role; the main function of this role is to oversee and coordinate the smooth operation of materials to and from site.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily operations within the site compound and storage areasCoordinate with subcontractors for the timely and safe delivery of materials to and from siteEnsure all site deliveries follow established procedures through the systemMonitor and guide traffic movements on site to prevent congestion and safety risksEnforce site access protocols and ensure all loading/unloading activities are carried out within designated areasSupport the Logistics Manager in delivery scheduling and maintaining delivery logs and material recordsAttend logistics meetings and relay key information to operatives and subcontractorsSupervise a team of logistics operatives and ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures and safe working practicesReport issues related to delivery, storage, or traffic management promptly and provide solutions to actionMaintain accurate labour tracking and assist with daily work reportingQualificationsExperience in a logistics role on large scale construction projectStrong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deliveries and subcontractors dailyGood understanding of a large scale construction site with a solid understanding of site Health & Safety regulationsAbility to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environmentAdditional qualifications in AP Crane and Temp Works are advantageousBenefitsOpportunity to work for a market leader in the Data centre industryWorking on large scale data centre projectsCollaborative team working environmentsCompetitive salary packagesIf you would like to know more about this Logistics Supervisor (Construction) position, give Michael a call on 086 210 7555 to discuss, or email ******.Privacy: BSS will process the data you have provided to help us find you suitable employment and offer you opportunities to help further your career.As we are a recruitment agency you may be considered for multiple roles that are suitable to your experience.You can review our Privacy Notice.#J-18808-Ljbffr
