Catering Supervisor

A Catering Supervisor Monday to Friday oversees and coordinates all aspects of catering operations for events, corporate functions, and institutional food services.This role involves managing staff, ensuring food quality and safety, and delivering exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities:Staff Management:Schedule shifts and ensure adequate staffing for eventsProvide leadership, coaching, and performance evaluationsEvent Coordination:Plan and execute catered events from start to finishOrganize event space layout and logistics based on client needsEnsure timely setup, service, and breakdown of catering functionsClient Relations:Serve as the main point of contact for catering clientsHandle inquiries, complaints, and last-minute changes professionallyFood & Beverage Oversight:Monitor food safety and hygiene compliance (HACCP)Manage inventory and order supplies as neededFinancial & Administrative Duties:Monitor budgets and control costs related to catering operationsPerform daily cash analysis and maintain financial recordsUse scheduling and inventory software toolsQualifications:Experience:2–4 years in catering or food service managementPrior supervisory experience is highly desirableBarista SkillsSkills Required:Strong leadership and team managementExcellent customer service and communicationOrganizational and problem-solving abilitiesKnowledge of food safety and sanitation standardsAbility to multitask and work under pressureJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €*****-€***** per hourWork Location: In person
