Responsibilities
As a Dispenser your customer care will be really wonderful.
It's more than providing the medicine customers need; it's giving them a reassuring experience as a customer.
Provide a friendly chat and use your expert knowledge to give brilliant advice that puts customers at ease.
Promote and explain the health services we offer, and advise customers on how they can benefit from them.
Be a first point of contact for customer queries and support the Pharmacy team with excellent customer care and attention to detail.
Inspire customers with personable service to encourage repeat visits and contribute to making customers feel good on many levels.
How you will do it
Build great relationships with the Pharmacy team to expand the range of advice we can offer to customers.
Share knowledge with your team and pass on feedback to help improve care.
Know our customers well to influence how we work and deliver outstanding service.
Act on feedback to continuously improve the customer experience and uphold high standards of care.
What you'll need to have
A friendly personality and ability to work as part of a cohesive team.
Strong professional and Pharmacy experience alongside excellent customer service skills.
A genuine interest in people and a willingness to contribute to personal and organizational development.
