Job Overview

We are seeking an individual who can provide exceptional customer care and support as a Medication Dispenser. This role involves working in a unique team environment, focusing on delivering outstanding service to our customers.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver first-class customer service, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.
  • Dispense medication accurately and provide gentle advice to put customers at ease.
  • Promote and explain our health services, advising customers on how they can benefit from them.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries and support the Pharmacy team with excellent customer care and attention to detail.
  • Inspire customers with personable service, encouraging repeat visits and contributing to making customers feel valued.

  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH THE PHARMACY TEAM TO EXPAND YOUR ABILITY TO OFFER CUSTOMERS ADVISE.
  • SHARE KNOWLEDGE WITH YOUR TEAM AND FEEDBACK TO HELP IMPROVE CARE.
  • GET TO KNOW OUR CUSTOMERS WELL TO INFLUENCE HOW WE WORK AND DELIVER OUTSTANDING SERVICE.
  • ACT ON FEEDBACK TO CONTINUOUSLY IMPROVE THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AND UPHOLD HIGH STANDARDS OF CARE.
