The Role
Role: Finance Manager
Type: 12 months fixed term
Location: Co.
Meath (office based)
Salary: Depending on experience
Reporting to: Group Financial Controller
Key responsibilities:

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting of multiple entities to ensure accuracy and compliance

• Ensure accurate and timely completion of:
o Balance sheet reconciliations
o Transaction posting checks and corrections
o Prepayments, accruals, and intercompany charges
o Intercompany reconciliations and group consolidation

• Manage and support the finance team in their day-to-day activities

• Oversee group procurement function

• Partner with senior leadership to set and monitor annual budgets

• Liaise with external auditors and manage the audit process

• Participate in continuous improvement projects as required
Requirements:

• Fully qualified accountant

• Minimum 5 years PQE

• Background in the construction/engineering industry preferred

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
