Coopman Search and Selection are delighted to be working with a global aircraft leasing company who are looking to hire a Senior Financial Accountant/Finance Manager to their team.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Reporting

  • Assist in preparing group management accounts and financial reports.
  • Support month-end/year-end close and IFRS-compliant financial statements.
  • Conduct technical accounting reviews and oversee subsidiary financial statements.

Forecasting, Budgeting & Analysis
  • Assist with budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
  • Maintain financial models and cash flow forecasts.
  • Ensure covenant compliance and performance reporting.

Audit & Compliance
  • Coordinate external audits and ensure adherence to financial controls.
  • Implement and document transfer pricing methodologies.
  • Support internal audits and compliance with policies.

Process Improvement & Systems
  • Enhance financial processes and reporting efficiency.
  • Assist with system upgrades and process optimization.

Ad Hoc & Strategic Support
  • Support transfer pricing, loan repayments, and intercompany transactions.
  • Provide technical finance support for projects and initiatives.

Core Competencies
  • Qualified ACA / ACCA / CPA or equivalent with 1-4 years PQE
  • Aircraft leasing essential
  • Big 4/Top 10 audit background preferred
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Have strong organisational, project management and communication/presentation skills
  • Proven high level of quantitative ability and ability to problem-solve within tight deadlines
