We are recruiting for a Temporary Grade III Clerical Officer for Listowel, Kerry.

Full Time- 35hrs ( Mon-Fri 9- 5)
Temporary 3 month initial contract
Pay scale is €16.32- €25.71 depending on previous relative public sector experience.
Location: Listowel, Kerry

Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage and maintain filing systems to ensure easy access and retrieval of documents.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars to optimize workflow and productivity.
- Perform reception duties, including greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and handling inquiries.
- Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient in file management and organization.
- Strong scheduling and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred.

Must be available for an immediate start following a successful pre-employment.
