TTM Healthcare are proud to partner with our client in the Public Sector to recruit a temporary Grade III Clerical Officerin Limerick. Location: Limerick Hours: 8:30am to 4:30pm, 35hour working week Contract: Temporary Month to Month contract Pay-rate: €16.87 €26.25 per hour depending on previous relative public sector experience Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support in the department. - Manage reception duties, including handling phone calls, greeting patients, and managing appointments. - Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry. - Assist with the preparation of reports and correspondence. - Schedule appointment. - Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents. - Complete invoices - Handle inquiries and provide information to patients and visitors. Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in a healthcare setting. - Proficiency in using office software (MS Office, email, etc.). - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. - Knowledge of hospital or clinical operations is an advantage.
