Stainless Steel Pipefitter Welder in Vancouver, CanadaIMPORTANT: THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN VANCOUVER, BC, CANADAAran Inc. is currently seeking a Stainless-Steel Pipefitter Welder with a minimum of 3 years of experience and solid knowledge of piping and welding in the agri-food sector.Aran Inc. is a dynamic and innovative company specializing in the installation of piping and custom stainless-steel fabrication for the agri-food industry.RoleUnder the supervision of the site foreman, the Stainless-Steel Pipefitter Welder is responsible for preparing, assembling, and welding stainless steel equipment components.ResponsibilitiesAccurately interpret plans and technical documentsPrepare pipes (cutting, grinding, cleaning) for weldingAssemble stainless steel piping in compliance with current sanitary standardsPerform high-quality TIG welding on stainless steel (in sanitary conditions)Conduct quality control of welds, carry out required tests (leak, pressure), and adjust if neededWork closely with the production team to meet deadlinesMaintain a clean and safe workstation in accordance with health and safety standardsRequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience as a pipefitter and TIG welder on stainless steel, in agri-food, cosmetic, or pharmaceutical sectorsGood knowledge of sanitary standards and industry regulations (e.g., 3A, FDA)Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawingsRelevant experience on worksites or in industrial environmentsIntermediate proficiency in French (written and spoken); English is an assetStrict adherence to occupational health and safety regulationsAutonomy, ability to prioritize, and strong attention to detailPunctuality, versatility, and team spiritValid driver's licenseScheduleMonday to FridayOccasional overtime (evenings or weekends)Willingness to travel for extended periods (Quebec, Ontario, Western Canada)BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experienceOvertime paid at time-and-a-half and double timeRetirement savings plan (RRSP)Paid vacationMedical, drug, dental, and vision insuranceSalary to be discussed based on experience.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentWork Location: In person
