Requirements,
Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with 7+ years' post-qualification experience
Experience operating at Financial Controller level (or equivalent) in a
high-growth
environment
Strong track record in
international expansion
, including experience with:
Market setup in regions such as North America or MENA
Acquisitions
and post-deal integration
Securing
funding
and working with investors or banking partners
Collaborating with
Enterprise Ireland
or similar state support bodies
Hands-on experience managing
multi-currency P&Ls
and delivering strategic financial insight
Experience within a
SaaS or digital business
environment, ideally mid-market (e.g.
€5m–€50m revenue)
Strong communication and influencing skills at leadership level
