BenchMark have an exciting opportunity for commercially focused Financial Accountant in Co Meath, where youll drive business performance through financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting. Working across departments, you will ensure financial systems and processes align with the companys growth objectives. You will join a vibrant organistion with allot of exciting things happening. The Role: Review monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and clarity. Develop revenue budgets and provide accurate forecasts. Conduct commercial analysis to identify KPIs. Ensure the integrity of finance and operational data structures, focusing on inventory management and pricing strategies. Support audit processes and contribute to ad-hoc projects. Analyse costs and revenues across various business areas. Collaborate with management to address variances and recommend solutions. Identify trends and provide insights to inform decision-making. Monitor key metrics and create real-time performance reports. Prepare and refine annual budgets and forecasts. Deliver accurate, reconciled monthly management accounts. Requirements: ACA, CIMA, ACCA, or an equivalent qualification. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to thrive under pressure in fast-paced settings. Advanced proficiency in financial systems and tools; familiarity with Sage Intacct is a plus. Effective communicator and team player with a collaborative mindset.
