Our client, a Big 4 firm, is seeking an Indirect Senior/Assistant Manager to join their team based in Dublin.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Work on a challenging and varied client portfolio, with excellent opportunities to develop into the management of your own portfolio.

Being motivated to apply technology solutions to our day-to-day business and that of our clients.
Assist in the ongoing management of client relationships, business development and participate in various d consultancy projects.
Utilise the flexible working environment with efficient management of personal assignments, while reporting to a team of experienced senior managers, directors and partners.

With sustained levels of growth in our tax practice, you will have an excellent opportunity to progress as a VAT specialist.
Mentor and coach trainees, participate in internal training delivery and act as an advocate to promote our learning culture.
REQUIREMENTS
At least 3 years' experience in PwC or another professional services firm.
Strong academic record.
Part or fully AITI/CTA qualified.
Desire to learn and to apply your knowledge to help our clients.
Strong relationship management skills, ability to read situations and modify behavior to build quality, diverse relationships
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Energetic team player with a passion to coach and encourage others to achieve their potential.
Ambitious – demonstrate strong commitment to personal learning and development.
