We serve as the subject matter experts in our products and as key consultants to our sales and products teams.We help bring new products to market and support our sales teams to position and pitch our products in a way that will help our customers' businesses grow.What you'll do:In this role, you are the X product expert and you will be responsible for championing sustainable product adoption and revenue growth for X's advertising solutions - brand and performance.You will partner with key stakeholders across the business to drive growth initiatives, escalate advertiser feedback, help to lead new Beta product launches in the market, produce internal support documentation for Sales teams (PMBs, FAQs, CFLs, etc), report on industry trends, identify areas of product differentiation, attend strategic sales meetings and educate the sales team on product positioning in your market.You serve as a solutions partner within the organization.You combine your subject matter expertise with your regional marketplace knowledge to create and drive strategies that will help both our local and global businesses grow.You provide guidance and support to regional and global team members.ResponsibilitiesSupport Sales teams and ad agencies to grow sustainable adoption of X Advertising solutions as a Subject Matter Expert.Represent the regional product specialists group's interests and goals while directly contributing individual work.Collaborate with the Sales teams to understand client objectives, recommend best practices, identify accounts for growth, sell strategically, and position the sales team for success.Deliver value to X's Sales teams via strong analytical abilities and subject matter expertise on our products.Produce internal and external product marketing resources to help the Sales teams position and sell our ads products.Provide strategic support during all phases of the sales cycle (pre-sale, onboarding and renewal).Provide actionable input into Product teams to drive sales strategy and product improvements based on the regional competitive landscape and market feedbackPartner closely with Engineering teams to lead X's go-to-market strategy, product launches in market, communicate client feedback, align on product positioning, and sales education.Apply a strategic layer to industry insights, identifying what's needed to transform insights into impact regarding larger product trends.Support key product adjacencies such as advanced measurement and analytics features.Partner with wider stakeholders including Business Marketing and Sales leadership to drive local growth projects & deliver against quarterly goalsConsistently navigate ambiguity and complex matters with quick problem-solving and strong communication and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.Qualifications7+ years of related experience in the digital or media industry with at least 2 years dedicated to social media advertisingLogical, data-driven, with a strong quantitative background in finding trends and opportunities within dataMotivated team player who consistently strives to exceed goals, with a strong drive to beat targets, and incredible work ethicAbility to think creatively and critically, communicate fearlessly but with empathy, to thrive in a fast-paced and often ambiguous work environmentEmpathy and ability to work in a global, cross-functional and collaborative teamExcellent communication and presentation skills in EnglishBA/BSc degree, MBA preferredGet In TouchChat with our Recruiting team to learn more about available roles and opportunities at X.About UsWe build the world's most trusted public town square—and we pride ourselves on our commitment to protecting free speech within the boundaries of the law.Beyond that, we aim to increase unregretted user minutes on our platform, and make it the best place on the internet for creators to share content and make money.#J-*****-Ljbffr
