Overview
Head of Gift Card Programme at Dunnes Stores.
Lead the development and growth of the Dunnes Stores Gift Card program, including B2B e-gift cards, corporate rewards, and related revenue streams.
Drive commercial opportunities beyond the core retail business and deliver year-on-year growth.
Responsibilities
Develop the Dunnes Stores Gift Card program into a leading gift card in Ireland for customers and corporate clients.
Spearhead the development of the B2B e-gift card program and create a commercially attractive offer with an excellent customer experience.
Explore and drive other routes to market (e.g., online corporate rewards programmes, Giftcard malls) and develop a commercial offering to sell a wider range of Dunnes Stores products to corporate customers (e.g., gifting, group deals for corporates or government entities).
Work to tangible sales targets and drive year-on-year growth.
Represent Dunnes Stores in B2B opportunities to generate new income streams outside the traditional retail business.
Background
Requirements include several years of experience in business development.
