About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to join RIU Plaza The Gresham Dublin as a Pastry Chef. In this role, you will be in a position to showcase your talents a spart of our kitchen brigade. Youll leverage your expertise in Pastry and desserts to contribute to our commitment to excellence and innovation.?? What Youll Do Prepare and present quality desserts, pastries and bakery items. Responsible for the Pastry Section of the kitchen ensuring high-quality ingredients are used Menu creation and development Working knowledge of HACCP & Food Safety regulations. Engage with guest and act upon guest feedback Ensuring SOPs are updated and all team members are fully trained Provide team training on company standards and guest service Working alongside and supporting our Executive Head Chef Motivate and create engaging work environment within the department To have excellent product knowledge and enjoy sharing it ?? What Were Looking For Creative and passionate about culinary arts Excellent communication skills Self-motivated and have positive attitude Fluency in both written and spoken English Legally permitted to work full-time in Ireland (we are not in a position to support work permits for this role at this time) Minimum 3 years experience as a hotel pastry chef in a very busy, large hotel ??
