Our client, a prominent organisation overseeing the management, development, and promotion of a portfolio of signature visitor attractions, is seeking an experienced Group Reservations and Revenue Manager. This role offers the chance to significantly contribute to the development of a world-class visitor experience within the tourism sector. Role Overview: In this full-time permanent position, you'll be instrumental in shaping the visitor experience. Reporting to the Head of Commercial and Shared Services, you'll work closely with senior management to elevate our client's offerings to new heights. Key Responsibilities: Implement and refine a bespoke booking and reservations system. Lead and support the reservations team for optimal performance. Collaborate with senior management on developing strategic rate plans and performance metrics. Produce comprehensive reports for yield and revenue analysis. Manage and optimise capacity across all sites through effective system and trade management. Act as the go-to expert for all queries related to reservations and yield management. Foster a culture of excellence in customer service and employee relations. Assist in promotional strategies and online booking initiatives with the sales and marketing teams. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of management experience in yield/revenue management or reservations. A relevant Diploma/Degree in tourism/visitor management, business/finance, or related discipline. Strong proficiency in PC-based systems, reporting technologies, and e-learning platforms. Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. A commitment to delivering exceptional service and continuous innovation. Full, clean driving licence. Location and Additional Information: The role is based in our client's Shared Services Office and will require travel to various tourism sites. Operational hours are Monday to Friday.
