The RoleReports to PARTS ManagerLocation NAAS - permanentTo provide excellent customer service and support to both internal and external customers through the accurate allocation and efficient sales and dispatch of Parts stock.Key Responsibilities & DutiesFront counter parts salesOutbound calls salesDaily stock orderingReceipting of partsPicking and packing of customer ordersInvoicing of parts for front & back counterDelivering professional and efficient customer service at all timesCover parts back counter & warehouse related duties as and when requiredMaintain high standards of general housekeepingAdhere to correct working procedures, highlighting any errors or safety issues promptly to managementParticipate in training and development programmes as required by the CompanyThe PersonPrevious relevant commercial/selling experienceTechnical knowledge of Trucks, and Buses, and their various componentsAbility to work accurately and efficiently under challenging time constraintsExcellent interpersonal skillsFlexible approach to work tasksIdeally coming from Truck Parts but if not, car parts as they can be trained upGood personality is key, with the ability to sell, and work well with a tight nit Team and get stuck inAll of these roles need hard working people and a good work ethicFast paced role so must be experienced with a high volume, quick paced rolesSystems and admin driven position so the candidate will need to be good with look up systems, ordering, process adherence re warranty and returnsThe PackageBonus: Commission based on SalesWorking hours: 8.30am to 6pm / 5pm finish FridaysSaturdays: 1 in 3 to be worked 8am-12midday#J-*****-Ljbffr
