Job Description
CubeMatch is looking for a Depositary Systems Manager to join our expanding technology support team.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing a core system supporting Depositary Services, working closely with business teams based in Ireland and Luxembourg.
You will lead change management initiatives, coordinate system testing, and ensure efficient data sourcing and operational support.
This role offers a hybrid work schedule, with an in-office presence of at least 3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute product change management alongside internal and offshore support teams.
Collaborate with business lines to gather, analyse, and document functional and technical requirements.
Serve as a subject matter expert for core systems supporting Depositary Services.
Implement and test upgrades and enhancements to the depositary platform.
Provide ongoing maintenance, production support, and troubleshooting for daily operations.
Ensure accurate and timely data sourcing from internal and external providers.
Automate and improve data workflows for scalability and efficiency.
Coordinate and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and manage release cycles.
Liaise with stakeholders to drive system improvements and ensure alignment with business needs.
Oversee compliance with information security policies and best practices.
Qualifications / Essential Skills & Attributes
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
3+ years' experience in business analytics, project management, or systems management.
Proven track record in managing system upgrades and business transformation projects.
Strong data sourcing and vendor management experience.
Hands-on experience with database management systems and data engineering (ETL, pipelines).
Proficient in C#.
NET; experience with Power BI is a plus.
Skilled in business process modelling and project management methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organisational skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation).
