Depositary Expert Opportunity

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team in a leading global financial institution on assignment.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with established Depositary teams, contributing to oversight and due diligence activities.

Oversight Responsibilities:

  • Conducting due diligence reviews within the depositary function
  • Assessing fund managers and management companies
  • Supporting oversight responsibilities through structured reviews and reporting
  • Daily cash flow monitoring
  • Investment restriction monitoring
  • Oversight of the safekeeping of assets (custody and non-custody)

Key Qualifications:

  • 4–5 years in a depositary function
  • Relevant titles include: Depositary Analyst, Senior Analyst, Supervisor, or Assistant Manager
  • Depositary Due Diligence experience; however, operational experience is also valued
  • Candidates from management company backgrounds in due diligence will also be considered
