Role Overview

Albany Beck is seeking experienced Depositary professionals to join our consulting team on assignment with a leading global financial institution. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with established Depositary teams in Dublin, contributing to a wide range of oversight and due diligence activities.

Responsibilities

Depositary Due Diligence

  • Conducting due diligence reviews within the depositary function
  • Assessing fund managers and management companies
  • Supporting oversight responsibilities through structured reviews and reporting

Core Depositary Operations

  • Daily cash flow monitoring
  • Investment restriction monitoring
  • Oversight of the safekeeping of assets (custody and non-custody)
  • Preparing or reviewing work as a Depositary Analyst / Senior Analyst
  • Signing off on activities as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager
Key Experience
  • Preferred: 4–5 years in a depositary function
  • Relevant titles include: Depositary Analyst, Senior Analyst, Supervisor, or Assistant Manager
  • Depositary Due Diligence experience; however, operational experience is also valued
  • Candidates from management company backgrounds in due diligence will also be considered
