We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior Depositary Manager in Dublin, Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:- Presentation of fund information at Board of Directors Meetings with respective clients.
- Ensure compliance with investment guidelines set forth by the fund prospectus.
- Portfolio compliance and investment breach reporting.
- Liaising with fund administrators, sub-custodians, and prime brokers as required.
- Primary client contact for Depositary Services, overseeing onboarding and ongoing relationships.
- Lead due diligence reviews of Managers and Investment Managers and conduct on-site inspections of Fund Administrators.
- Drive key projects, collaborating with Product teams to deliver top-tier service.
- 8+ years of experience in Depositary or Trustee with team management experience.
- Exposure to UCITS and Alternative funds, particularly Debt and Private Equity Funds.
- Experience and knowledge of regulatory frameworks, such as CBI Regulatory Framework or relevant local regulators.
