Greenerys core business in Ireland is the importation, distribution, and sale of fuel and convenience products. These products are sold to a wide range of customer channels, including industrial, commercial, agricultural, domestic, wholesale, and forecourt retail. Greenergy acquired Inver Energy in 2017 and recently acquired Amber Petroleum. The company has a network of over 100 branded forecourts operating under the Inver and Amber brands and currently operates 20 convenience stores under both a company-owned company-operated model and a company-owned dealer-operated model. Amber Petroleum is hiring for a Finance Administrator Role Reporting directly to the Finance Manager.You will be a key member of the Finance Team responsible for month-end and quarter end close deliverables, responsible for all shop related items including reconciliation of internal shop accounts, shop cash reconciliations, ownership of end to end fuel card processing, weekly bank receipts and payments processing and any other financial administration duties as and when required. Job Description The key roles and responsibilities involved in this role include Ownership of all DCI fuelcard posting and queries Assist in preparation of monthly Management Accounts for Amber Accountable for all station customer account reconciliations (reconciled weekly) Post all shop fuel invoices weekly Payzone and lotto reconciliation Weekly bank reconciliation process Weekly bank transfers Cash reconciliation process Updating Banks Daily Other ad hoc duties as & when required Skills: Finance Administrator KPI's Communication Microsoft Office Analytical Skills Customer Focused Oracle Benefits: EAP Cycle To Work Scheme Employee Discount App Employee Fuel Card Offering At Employee Rates Company Laptop
