As part of the marketing & innovation finance team, you will provide high-quality analysis and insights on sales, marketing, development, and operational initiatives.
Your role includes evaluating The Wendy's Company and franchise performance to make data-driven recommendations that increase sales, profitability, and ROI.
You will serve as a finance partner with the marketing function and collaborate with cross-functional teams and franchisees to drive profitable growth.
Responsibilities
Drive profitability through analysis of restaurant and product performance, including sales volumes, growth, EBITDA, benchmarking, and key performance metrics.
Provide data to assess drivers of performance and recommend insights to improve KPIs.
Support the development of annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and strategic plans related to supported products and functions.
Generate and support the development of reports used by leadership to evaluate performance across various categories.
Interpret metrics to provide leadership with key success indicators.
Prepare ad hoc analyses or reports to support cross-functional partners.
What we expect from you
1 to 3 years of experience in financial analysis, with knowledge of financial and budgetary techniques.
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting, with high academic achievement.
High proficiency in Excel, including creating and managing databases and financial models.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interpret results and communicate implications effectively.

The base pay range for this position is listed below.
The actual offer will consider internal equity, the candidate's knowledge, skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
This range does not include benefits, bonuses, or incentives.
The target annual bonus is 7.5% of the base salary, based on company and personal performance.

Pay Range:
$60,000 - $102,000 annually
