Role information
Manage Guests reservations, ensuring that their needs and wants are met with a professional manner.
Provide details of hotel facilities, offer Best Available Rates for the guests preferred dates giving options of the room @types available.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment while providing exceptional customer service.
Experience with Opera is preferable.
Requirements
Must be fluent in English both written and Oral
Strong customer care skills
Ability to organize and prioritize
Experience with Opera PMS is a priority
Having knowledge of third~party websites is desirable
Excellent skills with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Confident and a clear communicator.
