Associate Growth Recruitment Consultant @ Access Healthcare in Ireland.
This is a full-time, office-based role with a base salary plus uncapped commission.
You'll build relationships, manage sales processes, and deliver results in a structured, growth-focused environment.
Responsibilities
Build relationships with clients and candidates; manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
Drive sales activities, develop a robust candidate pipeline, and contribute to achieving recruitment targets.
Collaborate with the team to deliver results and maintain high standards of service.
