Our client, A Leading Builders Merchant's in Ireland wishes to take on an experienced Sales Representative in the Dublin Area.As a sales representative you will promote and sell company's products & services to customers, both existing and potential.Job role: Engage in both internal and external sales activities, managing customer relationships from initial contact through to post-sale support.Present, promote, and sell products to both existing and prospective customers across various channels.Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and follow-up with potential clients.Consistently meet or exceed defined sales targets and performance metrics.Manage a designated sales territory, monitor competitor activity, and stay informed on market trends to refine sales strategies.Prepare and submit accurate, timely sales reports to management for performance tracking and strategic planning.You Will Have Proven track record in Construction sector sales with excellent customer service Robust knowledge of building/timber materials (preferred) Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Proficiency in IT and Microsoft Office A full clean driving license.Benefits: Attractive competitive salary offered Performance Related Bonus Access to Company Pension Scheme Opportunity for Excellent Career Progression Staff Discount Long Service Leave and Recognition INDWHC Skills: External Sales Building Materials Knowledge Communication
