What Youll Do: Empower individualsas a keyworker, helping them identify and achieve personal goals in employment, education, and social inclusion.
Facilitate community engagementby supporting people to build friendships, access activities, and develop natural support networks.
Innovate & problem-solveby exploring assistive technology and creative solutions to enhance independence.
Collaborate with families & local servicesto create sustainable, person-cantered support plans.
Lead by examplein promoting dignity, choice, and active citizenship for the people we support.

Essential Requirements: Qualification:Degree in Social Care or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience:2+ years in disability/social care (open to relevant transferable skills).
Drivers License:Full clean license (required for community-based support).
Nice-to-Have (But Not Essential): Experience withautism, intellectual disability, or acquired brain injury.
Training inLow Arousal Approaches, Positive Behaviour Support, or Person-Cantered Planning.
Passion forcommunity development, advocacy, or assistive technology.
