We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic individual to join our team as an Activity Engagement Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to develop and implement engaging activities for our residents.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan and organize a range of events and activities for residents, ensuring maximum participation and enjoyment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve goals and promote a supportive work environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to residents and their families, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and guidelines.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working with older adults or individuals with disabilities, demonstrating a commitment to delivering person-centered care.
  • Qualification in remedial or occupational therapies, or a related field, enhancing the candidate's ability to develop and implement tailored activities.
  • A full driver's license, facilitating transportation and mobility within the community.
