Employment Success Coordinator Location: Dublin Temporary Position: 1 year Hourly pay rate €26.60 - salary approx €55,300 . Our client is seeking an experienced Employment Success Coordinator to join their team and champion their company's vision, values, and culture. Key Responsibilities: Provide guidance and direction to employees and managers regarding HR policies and procedures. Recommend effective solutions for workplace concerns and escalate issues to Employee Relations Managers when necessary. Support business partners by interpreting policies and ensuring consistent practices. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of activities to ensure quality employee records and metrics. Collaborate with other centres of excellence such as Employee Relations, Benefits, and Talent Development. Exercise judgement within broadly defined policies and practices. Provide front-line support in the prevention, resolution, and referral of employee questions or concerns. Create and implement internal team procedures while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Consult and build relationships with all levels of operational management and ES team members. Job Requirements: 3+ years of experience consulting on human resources policies and processes with employees and managers. Bachelor's degree required. Prior experience as an HR Generalist is ideal. Experience in a centralised HR department or shared services organisation preferred. Familiarity with case management systems and Workday is a plus. Ability to manage a high volume of employee cases. Strong conflict resolution skills. Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment. Strong professional verbal and written communication skills.
