TTM Healthcare are proud to partner with our client in the Public Sector to recruit a temporary Grade IV Assistant Staff Officer in Cork.Location: CorkHours: 9am to 5pm, 35-hour working weekContract: Temporary 3-month initial contractPay-rate: €***** – €***** per hour depending on previous relative public sector experienceAvailable for an immediate startOverviewWe are seeking a motivated and experienced HR/Recruitment professional to join our team.The successful candidate will support HR and recruitment functions within a busy office environment, contributing to the delivery of high-quality HR services.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support across a range of HR and recruitment functionsAssist in the coordination of recruitment processes, including advertising roles, scheduling interviews, and liaising with candidates and hiring managersMaintain and update HR systems and personnel files, ensuring data accuracy and complianceSupport onboarding processes, including preparation of contracts and induction materialsRespond to general HR queries from staff and managementAssist in maintaining compliance with employment legislation and internal policiesSupport HR team members with ad-hoc tasks and project work as requiredRequirementsEssential:Minimum of 2 years' experience in a HR or Recruitment roleStrong administrative and organisational skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsHigh level of attention to detail and accuracyProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentDesirable:HR qualification (e.g. CIPD, HR Degree/Diploma or equivalent)Experience working in the public sector or a healthcare settingPlease apply with your most recent CV asap.#J-*****-Ljbffr
