Requirements:
Previous experience in a
Level 2 Service Delivery role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong skills in
Active Directory, Azure, Office 365 Admin, and Windows environments.
Experience working in a
dynamic Service Desk atmosphere.
